An Explanation on who these U.S. Preventive Services Task Force are - they are a group of 16 member panel who DO NOT HAVE FINANCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL CONFLICTS. It was established by a Congressional mandate in 1984. They do not support any pharmaceutical or biomedical company using a "task force" of well-paid physicians to unnecessarily recommend any of their products.
PROBABLY the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force should also be allowed to make their statements on 5-ARI in BPH as well as the recent approval of Cialis for BPH !!!
