Medical translation shoot out: Google vs SayHi vs WT2 Plus

I recently received my WT2 Plus translation earbuds from Timekettle which I had backed in Kickstarter. A year late but as they say better late than never – in this case Timekettle wanted to delay fulfilment in order to deliver a better product and indeed they did, so I was fortunate to get the improved WT2 Plus instead of version 1.
It’s a pair of bluetooth earbuds which when paired with the WT2 Plus app (available for iOS and Android), provides translation in multiple languages in various modes.
