Notifications from DOBBS are via email. Make sure you have ketua@dobbs.my in your Contacts or Address book to "whitelist" this email address. You may need to check your Spam or Bulk mail folder to Unspam mail from ketua@dobbs.my

When you reply to a post, the default setting to get notifications for new replies is checked (expand the Attachments and other options to see this) :
Do note that you will get the email notification only once unless you visit the Bulletin Board and you won't get notified of newer replies unless you do so.

For an individual THREAD or entire BOARD, you can tap or click on the BELL icon to set the notifications

You can fine tune your notifications if you go to the Notifications section in your Profile
Here you can see all your current notifications and also change default notification options
